The first time I ever heard of Archangelic Light Healing was from a friend. It immediately piqued my interest since I was already inviting Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael to work with me during healing sessions. If you’re like me, you might have always associated Angels with religion. The amazing thing I’ve discovered is that Angels are Divine Light Beings who work with all of us, no matter our religious beliefs. They don’t care about labels—they simply want to help us live our best lives and achieve our highest potential.

Archangelic Light Healing works with Archangels and Divine Feminine Avatars to provide deep, holistic healing. Divine Feminine Avatars are enlightened beings who have walked the Earth and now assist us with specific challenges or areas of growth. Some of the Avatars I work with include Mother Mary, Isis, Mary Magdalene, Kwan Yin, and Lakshmi. While there’s much more to explore about these incredible energies, this gives you a glimpse into their loving guidance.

The energy of Archangelic Light is uniquely gentle and feminine. To me, it feels distinctly different from modalities like Reiki. Archangelic Light often appears as a light blue, spiraling energy that feels cool to both myself and the recipient. What I love most is how this energy goes straight to the root of an issue—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—making it possible to heal the cause and not just the symptoms.

As a practitioner, I truly love working with Archangelic Light. Becoming entrained to this energy during my certification process expanded my spiritual growth in ways I never expected. It deepened my intuition, strengthened my connection with Angels and Avatars, and gave me the ability to offer messages and insights during sessions.
I often combine Archangelic Light with Reiki, and the results are incredible. The sessions feel more powerful and transformative, and I love seeing how this energy helps my clients find clarity, peace, and healing.

Before I start talking about  specific Energy Healing modalities in future blogs, I first need to talk a bit about what Energy Healing is all about.

Let's start at the beginning. We are all energy. In fact, everything is made of energy albeit in slightly different forms or configurations. Depending how the energy presents itself can be the difference between a rock, the ocean, starlight or you. Energy flows throughout our body. Each cell has its own energy and that energy then combines with the energy from other cells and organs  creating energy systems and flow in your body. In addition to the energy in your physical body, there is a subtle energy body (etheric body) that surrounds your physical body. For optimal health, just as the blood flows through our body bringing oxygen and nutrients, energy needs to flow as well. If we think of the energy flow in our body like a river, what happens when we put in a dam in a river? All of the water gets stuck behind it and we reduce the flow of water out to a trickle. While that may be great for our water supply, when it is the energy in the body, it means that something in our body is not getting the energy it needs to take care of itself and thrive. That's where Energy Healing comes in.

There are many different Energy Healing modalities or methods. Some of the ones you may have heard of are Reiki, Archangelic Light Healing, Healing Touch, Quantum Touch, Qigong, and Acupuncture. They all work with energy, your body's energy and universal energy, in slightly different ways. Practitioners get specifically attuned and/or trained to work with energy in their modality for the highest benefit of their clients. There isn't one modality that is better than the other. It really is about what you as the recipient are drawn to. All of them will help you to balance and restore energy to your body.
