What to Do When You Know Something Needs to Change… But Nothing Feels Clear

The path doesn’t have to be fully clear for you to begin moving forward.
​There are times when you can feel it so clearly… something isn’t right.

Maybe it’s subtle. Maybe it’s been building for a while. But underneath it all, there’s a quiet knowing that something needs to change.

And yet… when you try to figure out what that change is, nothing feels clear.

This in-between space can feel frustrating, heavy, or even unsettling. You’re no longer fully aligned with where you’ve been, but you can’t quite see what comes next.

If you’re here, you’re not doing anything wrong. You’re in a very real and often necessary phase.

The In-Between Phase
​

​This space you’re in is not a dead end. It’s a transition.

You may feel disconnected from what used to feel normal. Things that once made sense might now feel off, flat, or even draining. At the same time, the next step hasn’t revealed itself yet.

That’s what makes this phase so uncomfortable.

The mind wants direction. It wants answers. It wants something to move toward.

But this space isn’t about immediate direction. It’s about shift.

Beneath the surface, something is changing. Old patterns are loosening. New awareness is forming. Even if you can’t see it yet, movement is happening.

Why Clarity Doesn’t Always Come Right Away
​

​It’s natural to want clarity as quickly as possible. Most people assume that once something feels off, the answer should follow right behind it.
But that’s not always how it works.

There are layers that often need to settle first. Emotional responses, mental patterns, and even your energy can still be adjusting. Your system may need time to recalibrate before the next step becomes clear.

Clarity often follows space, not pressure… and sometimes it comes through deeper insight when you access the right level of awareness.

When we try to force clarity too soon, we’re often trying to skip over the part of the process that actually creates it.

​When clarity isn’t there, it’s very common to try to push through anyway.

You might overthink, analyze every option, or look outside yourself for answers. Sometimes there’s a strong urge to just make a decision so you can move out of the discomfort.

But decisions made from that place rarely feel right.

They can bring temporary relief, but often lead to second-guessing, confusion, or the sense that something is still off.

Forcing clarity doesn’t create alignment. It usually moves you further away from it.

What to Do Instead

​If you can’t force clarity, what can you do?

You can begin by working with where you are instead of against it.
Create space instead of pushing.

Give yourself moments where you are not actively trying to solve the problem. This allows your system to settle.

Calm the internal noise.

Reduce the mental and emotional overstimulation where you can. Constant input makes it harder to hear your own inner knowing.
Stay with what you do know.

Even if all you know is that something needs to shift, that awareness matters. You don’t need the full picture yet.

Let the next step be small.

Clarity often comes one step at a time. You don’t need the entire path to begin moving forward.

This isn’t about waiting passively. It’s about allowing alignment to form so your next step actually feels right.

Do You Have to Go Deep for Quantum Healing Hypnosis to Work?

Understanding why many people remain aware during QHHT or BQH sessions and still receive insight and healing from their Higher Self.

Many people preparing for a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session wonder what the experience will feel like. They may have heard stories of people going very deep into hypnosis, recalling past lives, or speaking with their Higher Self.

While experiences like that do happen, they are not the only way a session can unfold.

In fact, having some level of awareness during the session is the most common experience today. Whether someone is receiving Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) in person or participating in an online session such as Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH), many clients remain aware throughout much of the session.

This is something I frequently explain to clients preparing for their QHHT session here in Raleigh or for an online BQH session.

In this context, awareness does not mean the person is fully awake in the usual sense. Instead, it often means they can hear themselves speaking, are aware of the questions being asked, and may remember most or even all of the session afterward.

At the same time, the body is deeply relaxed and the Higher Self is actively guiding the experience.

What If You Think You Can’t Be Hypnotized?
​

​One of the most common questions people ask before a QHHT or BQH session is:

"What if I can’t be hypnotized?"

In reality, most people are able to experience hypnosis in some form. Many simply remain more aware of the process than they expected.

As long as the body relaxes and the Higher Self is able to guide the experience, meaningful insight and healing can still occur.

What “Deep Enough” Actually Means
​

​Another common concern people have before a session is whether they will be able to go “deep enough.”

This belief usually comes from the idea that hypnosis only works if someone becomes completely unaware of what is happening.

In reality, depth varies widely from person to person. Some people naturally enter very deep states of hypnosis, while most remain somewhat aware throughout the experience.

Both types of experiences can still allow meaningful communication with the Higher Self.

Because of this, the goal of a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session is not to reach a specific depth, but to allow the experience to unfold in the way that works best for the individual.

​There are several reasons someone may remain aware during hypnosis.

One common reason is having a strong analytical mind. People who naturally observe and process information quickly often remain mentally engaged during hypnosis even while their body becomes deeply relaxed.

Another reason is the mind’s natural protective awareness. People who have experienced trauma or significant life stress sometimes develop a heightened sense of alertness that can remain present during hypnosis.

This protective awareness is not a problem. It is simply one way the mind has learned to keep a person safe.

Even with this awareness present, most clients still receive valuable insights, guidance from their Higher Self, and meaningful healing during the session.


The Higher Self Guides the Entire Session

​An important aspect of Quantum Healing Hypnosis is that the experience is guided by the Higher Self, not just by the practitioner.

While many people associate QHHT or BQH sessions with recalling past lives, a past-life experience is not always the most important thing for someone to see in that moment.

Sometimes the Higher Self may guide the session through symbolic experiences, memories from this life, or intuitive understanding of a current situation.

The Higher Self guides the entire process, including the discussion before hypnosis begins and the conversation afterward.
