To ensure a seamless experience, you’ll need:

  • The Zoom app installed on your device.
  • A headset with a microphone (recommended for optimal sound).

  • For in-person sessions in Raleigh, NC: You can go directly to our Scheduling Page to book your session with a $50 deposit. The remaining balance will be due after your session.
