Past Life Regression is a form of hypnotherapy which takes you back through time to a previous life or incarnation by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in your subconscious mind. It was pioneered several decades ago by notable teachers like Dolores Cannon, Brian Weiss and Michael Newton who have encouraged us to embrace a more expansive view of human consciousness and exploration.
You often don’t even remember having lived past lives, but the experiences you had while living them have had a part in shaping who you are. Past life experiences can show up as:

what happens in a past life regression?

During your session, your practitioner will be regressed and guided through a past life from the first scene you view, throughout the various periods of that life and eventually through to the death scene for that lifetime if appropriate. Your Higher Self, a level of conscious above your conscious mind that knows all there is to know about you on all levels, selects the most relevant past life for you based on your concerns and intent for the session. The life you are shown may be a past life on Earth, part of the past of your current life, a past life in another location in the Universe or Dimension, or even a parallel life. Your Higher Self chooses the life or lives that have the information that is important for you to receive at that time. Your senses will be engaged during the session allowing you to see, hear, feel and sometimes even smell or taste what is happening.
When the regression is complete, you and your practitioner will discuss what you experienced to help you get the most out of the information you received to gain perspective on any current life issues, help you heal past traumas or resolve any karmic issues |

What else do I need to know?
- A typical session lasts about 3 hours.
- Your regression is recorded and you will be sent an mp3 of your session via email.
- Sessions are done in-person at the Blueskyes Journey office in Raleigh, NC or online via Zoom. Please see below for online requirements.
- Past Life Regression Cost is $250 per session which includes a $50 deposit to hold an appointment date.
- Deanna is your Past Life Regression practitioner and has been trained by Dolores and Julia Cannon and Candace Craw-Goldman.
You can receive a Past Life Regression as a stand alone session or as part of a QHHT or BQH session.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ONLINE SESSION
In order to do this session online, you must have the following:
- A computer or laptop with camera available
- Zoom installed on your device
- A headset with a microphone
- A quiet location where you will not be disturbed and can recline
