Reiki I (First Degree Usui Shiki Ryoho)
During the class you will receive four attunements over 2 days. You will be certified to give hands on Reiki to yourself and others. You will learn the Reiki principles, the history of Reiki, Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and the treatment of others, the guidelines for using Reiki, and what to expect after receiving Reiki. We'll talk about how to add Reiki in your everyday life including giving Reiki to pets. A manual, time for hands-on practice and a certificate are included. The class is small to support a personalized experience.
This is a 2 day class occurring on April 16 and 17 from 12 to 5 PM.
