Reiki I (First Degree) Certification Class
Reiki I (First Degree Usui Shiki Ryoho)
This class takes place over 2 days to allow you time to adjust and work with the energy. During that time you will receive four attunements accompanied by four meditations. We will follow the traditional Usui method as passed down through my lineage.
Your training will cover the following topics:
- the history of Reiki and the story of Usui Sensei, Hayashi Sensei and Takata Sensei
- the Reiki principles or precepts
- the hand positions for treating yourself along with practice
- the hand positions for treating others along with practice
- the chakras and their energy
- Reiki and the body, endocrine and lymphatic system
- Reiki for babies and children
- Reiki for pets and animals
- Reiki in everyday life
When finished you will be certified to give hands on Reiki to yourself and others. You will be given a printed manual, time for hands-on practice, a frameable certificate and mentorship after the class if desired. The class is small to support a personalized experience.
