  • is done using Zoom with camera turned on
  • starts with a brief discussion of the one issue you would like to work on (up to two issues)
  • includes a guided meditation to clear your chakras and aura before you are taken to the Quantum Healing space
  • provides a recording in Zoom of your session debrief for you to review later
