​As a Reiki Master Teacher, I have seen how Reiki supports people in restoring balance and finding peace. Reiki is a Japanese healing art that channels Universal Life Force energy. It flows where it is needed most, supporting your body’s natural ability to release tension and restore harmony. Many people describe Reiki as soothing, peaceful, and deeply grounding. In session, you may feel warmth, tingling, or simply a sense of calm and relief.

As an Archangelic Light Master Teacher, I guide clients in receiving this beautiful Divine Feminine energy that flows from the angelic and archangelic realms. It carries a soft, nurturing, yet powerful vibration that often feels like spirals or waves of cool light. This energy works with intention to reach the root of an issue, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Some people also notice that it helps them feel more connected to their intuition or to the angelic presence around them.

What to Expect in a Session

​Sessions last 90 minutes and begin with a short conversation to understand what you are seeking and set intentions. During the healing, you will simply relax, either on a healing table in my Raleigh office or comfortably at home for online sessions. Crystals and tuning forks may be included if they are supportive for your needs. Afterward, we will take time to talk through any messages, insights, or guidance that came through.
