What is Distance Energy Healing?

​Distance energy healing works with your body’s energy field, which isn’t limited by time or space. Everything is energy, and we are all deeply connected, whether we’re standing side by side or separated by miles.

In a distance healing session, I act as a channel for healing energy—whether that’s through Reiki, Archangelic Light Healing, or other modalities I work with—and direct it to you. Just as you can feel the warmth of the sun without touching it, you can receive the benefits of energy healing from afar.

How Does It Work?

Energy follows intention. During a distance session, we create a clear energetic connection—most often through a live Zoom meeting where you are comfortably reclined and relaxed in your own space. If needed, sessions can also be done remotely without a live meeting, using a photo and intention to connect.

Channeling the Healing Energy

​Healing energy is channeled with intuitive guidance and clear intention. Depending on what is needed, the session may incorporate Reiki techniques, Archangelic Light Healing (working with the Angels and Divine Feminine energy), or additional tools such as crystals or sound.

Integration
You relax in a comfortable space while the energy works to clear blocks, balance your system, and support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Many people feel warmth, tingling, waves of relaxation, or deep peace during the session.

After the Session
I share any intuitive messages or insights I received that may support you further.
